The Pennington County Commission gets a complaint about its state's attorney. Who do they send the only copy to? Why, they send it to the coyote in their chickenhouse, of course.
Having received no reply to his Jan. 25, 2008, complaint to the Pennington County Commission, Eric Sage emailed the Commission. He received this reply: “I forwarded your request to the states attorney's office and they seem to have misplaced it. Could you please resend your request? Sorry for the inconvenience.” Eric resent his documentation to the Pennington County Commission on March 8, 2008. |

March 8, 2008 Brenda Young, Chairman (a separate letter was sent to each of five commissioners)
Members of the Pennington County Commission; On January 25, I mailed a complaint against the Pennington County State’s Attorney, along with a request for restitution for expenses that were caused to me for a bogus prosecution by that office. A copy of that letter and that complaint, along with the itemized expenses are included in this envelope. Having waited a month and having heard nothing from the Commission I emailed the Commission on March 6. Ron Buskerud replied with this: “I forwarded your request to the states attorney's office and they seem to have misplaced it. Could you please resend your request? Sorry for the inconvenience.” I have decided to send individual letters to each commission member this time, to minimize chances of another loss. I must say that when a coyote is in the chickenhouse and a chicken complains, it is odd to send the only copy of the complaint to the coyote. Please let me know at your earliest convenience when this item will be presented at a Pennington County Commission meeting. Sincerely yours,
Eric Sage |
